When you share information with us by registering to use Insight's management system and/or any upgraded Application, we want you to be clear how we're using information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.
Us, We, Our: refers to Insight, the owner of the Website.
Visitor: an individual who merely browses our Website, but has not registered as Client.
Client: an individual that has registered with us to use our Service.
Service: represents the collective functionality and features as offered through our Website to our Clients.
User: is a collective identifier that refers to either a Visitor or a Client.
Member: a person or a group of persons who have executed a Membership Contract with a Client.
Applications: is a software program for purchase that runs on your computer separate from the management system software.
Information We Collect
We collect information to provide secure software Services to all of our Clients. Information is collected in two ways:
- Information you give us. For example, to begin utilizing our Services, you must register for an account. To begin use of our free management system service, we’ll ask for the most basic and minimal personal information, like your name and email address. Thereafter, if you decide to upgrade your account by purchasing an Application, we will also ask for your business information such as business name, business telephone number, business address, and credit card and billing address.
- Information we get from your use of our services. This information would include anything that you would enter into your account.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the information we collect from all of our Services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect Insight and our users. If you are a registered user of Insight, we will occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with Insight and our Services. If you send us a request, we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.
Billing Application Service Collection and Use of Information
Once a Client has upgraded their account with Insight to include the Billing Application, Insight collects information under the direction of the Client and has no direct relationship with the Members whose personal data it processes.
Member Contact Information: Insight collects information for our Clients. If you are a Member of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly.
Access to Data Controlled by our Client: Insight has no direct relationship with the Members whose personal data it processes. A Member who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Client. If the Client requests Insight to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days
When you access Insight's service, these logs may include information such as your web request, your browser type, language and version, the date and time of your visit and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
When you send an email or contact us through our website, we may retain those communications in order to address your inquiries, respond to your questions and improve our services.
We reserve the right to disclose the information collected upon the following circumstances: (1) as required by law, such as to comply with judicial or other government agencies subject to warrants, subpoenas, or other government orders; (2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; and (3) to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
We will retain your personal and business information and the information we process on behalf of you for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use this information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms of Service.
The security of personal information is a high priority at Insight. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. No computer system or information can ever be fully protected against every possible hazard. Insight is committed to providing reasonable and appropriate security controls to protect our websites and their information against foreseeable hazards. If Insight, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Insight goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Insight may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Access to Personal Information
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, and delete/deactivate it by logging into your account and making the appropriate changes or by contacting Insight directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Comments and Testimonials
We post customer comments and testimonials on our public digital properties which may contain personal information. If you submit a comment to our blog forum posts, we assume that we can use it on our website. For testimonials, we obtain the client's consent via email prior to posting the testimonial and attaching the client's name along with their testimonial. If you want your comment or testimonial removed, please contact us at email@example.com.
