There are two big concerns for existing club owners: learning a new system, and getting your existing members moved over. We handle the first concern by providing extensive support and training. When you become an Insight client we treat you like a partner.

First, we provide all the Gym Insight training you need, for free, from our dedicated customer service team. We recommend three software training sessions, but some find that they’re comfortable after two. That’s because Gym Insight itself is so intuitive and easy to learn. Second, we’re standing by with full-time Customer Support, so if you need a refresher or clarification, or if any issues come up, give us a call. Finally, you have access to our ever-growing Knowledge Base full of help articles and FAQs, with step-by-step examples of how to perform common tasks.
