Canceling a Reservation A reservation can be canceled by the member accessing the website or the confirmation email they received. You can also cancel the reservation for your member manually.   Your member can cancel their reservation by accessing the website and logging on to their member account. Merging Accounts

Merge Accounts You may have a member inadvertently create a new account when they already have an account on file.  Perhaps they didn’t realize they had an account already or maybe they forgot their original login information. Viewing and Printing Attendance

Attendance You can view attendance by class schedule, instructor, and by member.   To be able to view any attendance history, you must mark members as attended in a class.
