Here we will look at inviting a member to create a login, viewing login info and history, and how to block a member from logging in and reserving classes.
Invite a Member to Create a New Login
You can send an invite to a member to create a new login to be able to reserve classes. Once you have created the member’s account, click on the “new member login” button at the bottom of the page.
You will be prompted to enter your member’s email address. Your member will immediately receive an email with a link they will click to complete the registration process.
Viewing Login Info and History
You can easily view a member’s login information and login history. Just access the member screen of the member you would like to take a look at. Click on “Logins” and it will show you the type of login used (Insight or social media), username, and date of last login. You can click the red “x” to delete any duplicate logins.
Sometimes you may need to block a member to prevent them from logging in and reserving classes. Not a problem! Just access the member’s member screen and click on the “edit member” button.
Next, click the small box next to “select this to prevent member portal login”.
Next time the member tries to login, a message will appear telling them that their login has been disabled.
If you need to unblock the member, just go back to same place and uncheck the box. Your member will have their access restored.
